Talk to us

Tell us what you need covered.

Pick what you're asking about and tell us a little about your setup. Your message goes to our team inbox and a person replies by email.

Dealing with an active incident? Don't use the form. Email hello@wardtower.io with INCIDENT in the subject and a phone number. What to include

Thanks, we have your message. Someone from our team will reply by email.

That didn't go through. Please email hello@wardtower.io instead.

Prefer email? Write to hello@wardtower.io. The form emails your message to our team inbox; this website doesn't keep a copy.

  • A conversation with someone who does the work, not a sales script
  • An honest answer on whether we're the right fit
  • A walk through one of your real alerts, if you'd like

What happens next

It starts with a conversation. The rest depends on what you need.

We talk through your environment, your team and what you need covered, and tell you plainly if we're not the right fit. After that, there are two usual paths.

Security operations or our software

We set up Omni for you alone, with its own data and encryption key. Your team signs in the way it already does, your administrator connects each security tool with read access, and we work through recent alerts from your queue together.

An incident

Skip the form and the setup. Email us with INCIDENT in the subject and we start with scoping. Anything longer term can wait until things are calm.

What we ask for

  • Your sign-inSomeone who can connect your company sign-in and choose which groups get access.
  • Tool accessRead access to each security tool you want covered, which you can take back at any time.
  • Your rulesWho we contact, and which actions always need your approval.

What we don't

  • Standing write accessAnything that changes your systems, accounts or records is proposed first and waits for a person. Messages and tickets are the only things that go out on their own.
  • Your logsThey stay where they are today, and we work with them there.
  • A migrationNothing to replace, and nothing to uninstall from your security tools if you leave.
